Warm Up - Falsetto (Men)
Sing this on "oo". As you descend, remember to stay light through your break. Do not push! Try to make it a seamless transition.
Warm Up - Head Voice (Women)
Sing this on "oo". As you ascend, remember to always create space. Modify your vowel to "Oh" as you get higher. As you descend remember to keep the space and stay light. Do not push when it becomes more comfortable!
Warm Up - Focus on Breathing
Sing this on a lip trill, a "z", or a "v". Remember, when using "z" or "v", do your best to not let an excess of air escape. Breathe low and stay expanded.
